Hello there!

So I thought I will introduce myself.
My name is Gloria and I'm originally from Tallinn, Estonia. I moved to Helsinki, Finland when I was 10 years old, in 1993. Since that I have lived in many different country's ( UK, Germany, Montenegro, Holland..)  and traveled a lot for work and leisure. 
I am a beauty therapist and makeup artist and specialized in cell-level treatments with innovative advanced cosmetology brands. I've been in the industry for about 15 years and I truly LOVE what I do.
MY WORK
I am quite energetic and talkative person and I try to stay always true to myself and also you.
On my free time I enjoy reading good books, traveling, going to raves with my friends and unwind busy mind in nature.
I love to meditate and I do believe in Higher Power but I'm not religious.
In this blog I will write about my ideas, life and beauty hacks. I am spreading positive vibes and sharing my awakening process. Creating good Karma.

Rainy Tallinn Hiya! What's up guys? How was your weekend? I went to Tallinn, Estonia last Saturday for Natinuel exclusive training and got another diploma to add to my collection! Next seminar is in December! Borderline Personality or intuitive empath?

Hiya world!  How is life today?  So I have mentioned before, that I have BPD - Borderline Personality Disorder ( OR am I just from leveling up and am an intuitive empath who feels a little too much), how it makes my life harder on a daily basis. I have decided to write you guys about it and what has helped me to live with it. Don't worry, be happy!

Hey! How are you today? I wanted to write about how to be patient and keep your calm when you feel stuck in life. What helps me when I start to worry or stress about stuff. When things don't go how you want them to go, just remember, everything happens when it needs to happen. Life always has ups and downs and teaches you what you need to know before you can level up. Remember the importance of your emotions. Negative emotions create negative vibrations and so you start to create negative reality. This doesn't mean that you can't have any negative emotions, it means you shouldn't dwell on your problems. It's good to practice radical acceptance.  Everything moves all the time, hard times will pass too. Patience is the key.  Keep calm and keep doing good! Change your routine, seek advice from friends and do things you love. When you lift your mood, you change your vibes and you'll feel better. Allow things to happen, you never know what they are good for.
