Summer!

Hey there!
Sorry for not writing in ages.. I guess all my energy went fighting the darkness.. But it's over now! Summer is here ! Sunshine, smiling people, warmth... aaah I LOVE IT!


I also started to work in a new place, Beauty Gallery Helsinki. Very high class beauty salon and I really like it here.

My meditating is also going better and starting to get this peace of mind more and more easily..
Tonight I'm going to Tallinn, Estonia. Just a small get-away and Sunday Rammstein concert with my family! AMAZING!

Tomorrow gonna spend some time with Kerttu, Gina, maybe even Rellu and shitloads of kids.. which I don't mind at all ;)
haha! I got my HighSchool graduation hat & paper too :D 


Anyway! Just wanted to say hello and that I'm over my whatever negative shit I had going on..
Hopefully I will have time and enthusiasm to write you guys more :)

Rainy Tallinn Hiya! What's up guys? How was your weekend? I went to Tallinn, Estonia last Saturday for Natinuel exclusive training and got another diploma to add to my collection! Next seminar is in December! Borderline Personality or intuitive empath?

Hiya world!  How is life today?  So I have mentioned before, that I have BPD - Borderline Personality Disorder ( OR am I just from leveling up and am an intuitive empath who feels a little too much), how it makes my life harder on a daily basis. I have decided to write you guys about it and what has helped me to live with it. Don't worry, be happy!

Hey! How are you today? I wanted to write about how to be patient and keep your calm when you feel stuck in life. What helps me when I start to worry or stress about stuff. When things don't go how you want them to go, just remember, everything happens when it needs to happen. Life always has ups and downs and teaches you what you need to know before you can level up. Remember the importance of your emotions. Negative emotions create negative vibrations and so you start to create negative reality. This doesn't mean that you can't have any negative emotions, it means you shouldn't dwell on your problems. It's good to practice radical acceptance.  Everything moves all the time, hard times will pass too. Patience is the key.  Keep calm and keep doing good! Change your routine, seek advice from friends and do things you love. When you lift your mood, you change your vibes and you'll feel better. Allow things to happen, you never know what they are good for.
