Notes to self
It's not easy to see the good in the bad but it's worth to work on it.

Meditation is the key to stay in focus and keep your calm. I do 5-15 minute meditations couple of times a day. This is very important when I'm having anxiety or stress. Mediation helps me sleep better also. Breathing exercises are my favorite as they calm me in seconds. It took me a while practicing to see and feel the effects. 

 Negativity feeds on negativity. stress feeds on stress. Remove yourself from negative people and surroundings. Reflect positive vibrations whenever negativity is around. Help others to lift their vibes too. Try to stay in the LOVE frequency and always spread the LOVE. Love heals.


Choose to be happy. Change your world by changing your thinking. Positive thinking attracts positive things. Breathe in, breathe out. It's all good. Life is great. Be thankful. Be patient. Be GOOD.
